Our Facilities

The Home

When your dog comes to stay they become part of our family and you can expect them to get the same treatment they receive at home. We pride ourselves on working with our clients to make your dogs stay as comfortable as possible. Our home is designed to be dog friendly and the council seem to agree too as we hold a Dog Boarding and Daycare Licence from South Derbyshire District Council 

The Transport

We take the safe transportation of your pet very seriously and all dogs being collected or transported are done so in a serviced and maintained van with secure individual crates, water and heating or air conditioning. 

The Woods

We our able to offer our dogs the use of our own private woodland to exercise safely, with 27 acres there is plenty of space to run, an abundance of natural habitats to explore and ponds to swim in, all providing great physical exercise and environmental enrichment which means happy and content dogs! 

Insurance and Keys

As part of our service we offer collection from home which requires a set of keys, as part of our business insurance with Pet Plan Sanctuary we hold insurance to cover lost keys, despite this we keep all keys securely stored and not labelled with individuals names or addresses, rendering the keys useless if they were stolen or lost.
